Moonstone is a culmination of my lifetime pursuit in the Arts. Having worked in the Film and Literary Arts world for 15+ years, this project has consumed a large part of my life. I am truly honoured to have such an incredibly talented Team of young Artists working with me to bring Moonstone to life. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to every backer and I assure you that the best is yet to come!
For as long as I can remember, I've always drawn comics. At first they were childish naive drawings with Spider-Man, later they turned into serious works with my own characters. As a writer, I am deprived of the art of creating worlds with the help of words, and I am glad that I can share with you what is being created in my head with the help of canvas and lines. "Moonstone" is my first major project, but this doesn’t mean that the level of my drawing will disappoint you. I was lucky enough to read the entire script, and believe me, like Paul, I have something to surprise you with!
It all started with a meeting long before the project with the first artist - John Li. After seeing each other's styles, we immediately realized that they not only coexist well, but also enhance each other. John Li's combination of lines, strokes, compositions, with my colors, smears, light and shadow - you will be surprised, I promise you. There is a misconception that combining work with friendship is not very right, but our case was an exception. This stereotype is shattered every time John Li and I work on projects. Moonstone is the largest project on my creative path, so I work very responsibly and carefully on this project - as always. A combination of detailed graphics and dynamic painting with an incredibly exciting script awaits you.
